Bharti Airtel To Offer 135Mbps Speed Via LTE
Airtel has officially deploys LTE-Advance 4G+ Network in India starting Kerela as the foremost. It has partnered with Nokia Networks across TD-LTE and LTE-FDD bands for deploying the carrier aggregation in the state.
Bharti Airtel combines the technology with the capable TD-LTE (2300 MHz spectrum band) and FD LTE (1800 MHz spectrum band) to improve data speeds of up to 135 Mbps. Enables enhanced spectrum efficiency by combining capabilities across multiple LTE carriers within the same or different bands to deliver a superior user experience and ultra-fast mobile data speeds, said by the company.
It also notes that this is a part of its ongoing network transformation program of Project Leap, under that it plans to invest Rs. 60,000 crores over the next three years to meet the growing demand of voice and high speed data services in India and deliver the best network experience to its customers. Currently the Airtel’s 4G services offers its LTE standards in over 350 towns across the country.
Now that the new Nokia Carrier aggregation mixed Airtel LTE-A 4G+ network has been finally be made available in Kerala.
